New: Home Health Speech Therapy Electronic Notes!
With the hard work and dedication of our seasoned team of Speech and Language Pathologists, we have successfully launched our Home Health Speech Therapy eForms! Working closely with our software engineering team, the group of ‘true’ HOME HEALTH Speech Therapists created an all-inclusive eForms ‘package’–from Initial Assessment, Visit note, 13/19/30 Re-Assessment to the Discharge and more. The Speech Therapy eForms, like those for Physical and Occupational therapy, are extremely dynamic in nature whereby lots of data is conveniently AND automatically pre-filled and/or transferred to subsequent eForms.
