How long does it take for my company to be setup?

Once you Signup, it takes our team less than 24 hours to setup your account.

How does Email and Phone Support work?

Our Email Support Plan consists of 3 cases per month with a target response time of 24Hrs or less. Our Phone Support Plan consists of 2 cases per month. Each Phone Support Case is limited to 15 minutes or less. Phone calls in excess of 15 minutes and Email Cases above 3/mo may be subject to an additional charge of $19/additional case.

Can I change Subscription Plans anytime?

Yes – you can easily upgrade or downgrade your Plan without a charge. Please email us at support@pariox.com

When do you start billing me for using Pariox?

We automatically charge your credit card or AHC account for the one-time setup fee and pro-rated 1st Month Subscription at the time you Signup. Thereafter, we automatically bill you the Monthly Subscription Rate on the 1st of every Month.

For a one-time $29 set up fee ONE (1) User Account is provided for a Referral Source. Training can be provided for the Ref Source (see 1 above for applicable fees). Two Referral Source Accesses are available: 1) read-only mode 2) access with ability to refer patients THROUGH Pariox to therapy companies. Any additional Users added by the Referral Source are counted towards to the USER count of the Pariox client ³ 9-5 EST phone support provided ⁴additional Data Storage available for an additional fee
